School Shower...

Yesterday, my first grade team threw a FABULOUS shower for me. I am so thankful to have such great coworkers and friends!! I appreciate all that they did for me. 

I had so many wonderful coworkers show up. Thank you for being apart of mine and Grayson's life!

Hormonal Maybe??

I am feeling so overwhelmed lately with everything going on...

1. baby

2. teaching

3. grad school

4. our planned nanny canceling

5. tutoring

6. the husband working- I feel so lonely when he is at work. I miss him terribly!!

7. worrying about family

No wonder I have been taking daily baths!

34 Weeks!

Baby's size? Our baby is the size of a cantaloupe.

Weight Gain? 19 pounds!

Maternity clothes? All maternity and some of my husband's clothes...yes I admit that I am sleeping in them.  

Stretch marks? The two on my thigh are back. Nothing on my stomach!

Sleep? Toss and turn a lot because my sides are becoming numb and leg cramps!

Foods I am loving? MILK!! 

Foods I am hating? Nothing.

Best moment this week? When I went to the doc at 33 week and he told me I was pencil thin with a baby belly! Oh how he made my day!

Movement? Less movement. Hiccups probably three/four times a day.

Symptoms? Leg cramps at night, ribs are sore, swollen fingers, and a sore back.

Gender? It' better be a girl! Grayson Frances!

Belly Button? In, but very flat.

What I'm looking forward to? All of my showers in the next two weeks! 

Weekly Wisdom:  It will all work out.

Milestones: Hoping to find her a daycare soon! No more stress please!

Recently on Dr.Phil, a woman had been engaged 5 times and just couldn't commit. Her fiance was almost begging her to commit. If you have to beg then why would you want to marry him?

Anyhoo...this man was willing to change HIS name to her last name upon her request...

*MOUTH OPEN*

Is that not disturbing to you?? If a man was that "whipped" there is no way I would want him as my husband. Does he not think his friends will rag him?
I am sorry but that is just the saddest thing ever! Bless his heart! He will never be the same after admitting that on Dr. Phil.

I have been trying to walk a couple days a week at the gym to stay fit...ha... really it's just the only time I get to listen to my Ipod. I recently just added this song...I love it..even though the husband thinks it's horrible!!

Mails for you Grayson...

These have come in the mail the past few days... No... I haven't spent that much money... They have all been $20 and under from either Lolly Wolly Doodle, The Posh Tot, The Pink Trunk Boutique, Lollipops and Gumdrops, Sweet Chick-a-dee, Smartie Pants Kids, etc... We have a few more things to come... and yes, before you start griping at me for buying so many clothes...they are all 12 month and up! So there!!

The husband and I had date night recently... we ate some fabulous pizza here...

Then we headed to this new place in town...

So... you walk in and choose a cup and then decide which flavor yogurt you want...from pistachio, strawberry, red velvet cake, oreo, etc... you name it...

Then you choose your toppings...

and add as much as you'd like... You take your bowl to the counter and they weight it. 

I believe it is .45 cent an ounce... It was fabulous! It had a great atmosphere to it and the husband and I had a fun little date!

Now that I am getting close, I think I will do weekly pictures to remember...but do I really want to remember myself this big?

Before being pregnant I never wanted milk. It disgusted me... now I seem to crave it all the time...of course, only skim milk will due...

Anyone else crave milk while pregnant??

Winter Storm of 2011...

Here in SC, we might get snow once a year. We have already had it twice this winter...not just flurries, but some places had up to six inches of snow. Of course the husband and I took out his 4x4 and road around. We had so much fun...

Push Present...

What is it??? A push present (also known as a "push gift" or "baby bauble") is a present a new father gives a new mother when she gives birth to their child. In practice the present may be given before or after the birth, or even in the delivery room.

So the husband wants to know what I want. Well of course I told him any jewelry or one of these...Any other suggestions?

I think I am going to get him something too because (not that I have been a complaining pregnant woman or anything-yet...) he really has been wonderful! I couldn't ask for a better husband and I thank my stars every day for him.
