Range Redo...
I decided to paint our range over the stove. It was a blah-beige color. I totally forgot to take a before picture. I taped it off and then painted black acryllic paint.
I painted modge podege on top to give it a shine.So much better...
Bang Bang Goodness...
So I recently went here for the first time...
I fell in love with the Bang, Bang Shrimp...
So I found a recipe to make it. I'll let you know if it's any good!
1 lb shrimp, shelled
and deveined smaller shrimp works best
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai
sweet chili sauce
3 -5 drops hot chili
sauce, just a few drops
1/2-3/4 cup cornstarch, to coat the shrimp in
Mix mayo and sauces for coating.
Bread shrimp in cornstarch.
Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown.
Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the
sauce.
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped
scallions
