Fabulous Chicken Rolls...

I found this recipe over at Kelly's Korner when she had the dinner recipes swap awhile back. Please forgive me if this is your recipe...it was wonderful though. I am starting to really enjoy cooking. I love that the husband likes to try new recipes. At the end of supper he will tell me it was a keeper or not a keeper. We only had one "not a keeper" but that could have been the cook's fault. HA!! Anyways, try this one out. I know I post a lot of new recipes but if you have not tried any of them, this is the one to start with! Seriously!!

Chicken Rolls
*Chicken, cooked and shredded
*1 Package crescent dinner rolls
*1 Can cream of chicken
*1 C. of milk
*Pepper
*Shredded cheddar cheese
*Chopped onion

Unroll crescent rolls and place shredded chicken and chopped onion in center.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Roll up and place in a baking dish.

Mix milk and cream of chicken. Pour over chicken rolls and top with shredded cheddar.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
ENJOY!!!!

  2. I bet that is so good, we do something similar by rolling taco meat and refried beans and cheese into crescent rolls, and then once you take them out of the oven you top them with salsa and sour cream... so tasty!

Keep strong with your budget...maybe you can store away some money each month and put it into a "present to yourself" fund. Everyone deserves a treat!!!
