So my crackberry is dying on me. All the good times between us. The camera decide to quit working today and so did the lights on the keypad. No calling anyone in the dark now! Luckily, my contract runs out in two weeks and so I am eligible for a new phone. That is where y'all come in. I have loved my crackberry from day one but am wondering should I try something new. I have never had a touch screen and am a little hesitant! I have Verizon and need to look at my options. What kind do you have? Do you love it? These are a few I have my eye on:
My original phone
HTC Ozone
Droid Eris
Palm Pixi Plus
Any advice?
I've heard the Droid is a great phone, but I'm not a fan of touch screens (they REALLY have issues). My boyfriend has the new Curve and loves it.
ReplyDeleteI have a friend who has the Droid and loves it! Mine phone is a palm pro, the model that came out before the pre and I am not a huge fan of it. I would stay away from the palm.

If it were me I'd stick to the BlackBerry...I'm addicted to mine! My hubby has the Droid and he loves it!

ReplyDeleteI just went from the pink Blackberry Curve (because it died) to the Droid Eris! I LOVE it! I will admit, it took some getting use to, but now that I have, it is AMAZING! I would go with the hands down. I mean, I just did and it is wonderful!! There is so much more stuff with the Eris that the BB didn't offer and you will see what you were missing if you move on. (I used to be an avid, "I will never have anything but a BB," person. But now that I know what I have been missing, I was so wrong!!

ReplyDeleteive got the BB storm and at first it was annnoyyyyiing. BUT after they update they came out with back in november it is THE BOMB.COM. seriously. my hub and i love it.
ReplyDeleteGet the new blackberry curve...Verizon has it in a lilac color thats really pretty. I got a new curve a few hours ago...but i havent used it much yet. They recommend not to get a smartphone that isnt one of the major name brands (iphone, blackberry etc) bc most of the time applications dont work with other smartphones..or updates...its harder for find chargers, cases etc for them as well.
