Dear Other Neighbor!

Dear Neighbor up the road,
       Why does your yard look like you are having a yard sale daily?
Your yard is a wreck and it drives the neighborhood crazy. That's why I will be writing you a letter this week and sticking it in your mailbox asking you to please clean your junk up! Is it really too much to ask to clean up after your children? If so, get rid of their junk.
