Seriously Paula & Martha...Watch Your Back!

Okay y'all, I am not saying that I have always been a great cook...I only started cooking when the husband and I moved in together to be honest. Got to be a domestic goddess huh?? If not domestic, I'll take GODDESS!!...Ha! I saw one more great recipe that I thought I would like from Kelly's Korner. The husband and I are not very "fancy" eaters. I like cooking meals that I can read the ingredients. You know what I mean...Like you go to read the ingredients and you are thinking what in the world is that. If I don't know how to say, how in the heck can I find it at the grocery store? So I stick to meals that usually consists of meat and something simple. Cooking should be enjoyable, not a hassle! My favorite thing to do is cook by myself and turn the Music Channel on the T.V to Today's Country. Nothing better...well maybe shopping...or Klondike Bars. If y'all have a great recipe I would love for you to leave a comment on the blog so we can share it.

CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME
*4 chicken breasts
*4-8 strips of bacon
*16 oz sour cream
*1 can of cream of mushroom soup (I used Cream of Chicken)
*1 can of sliced mushrooms ( Did not use)
*1 jar of dried beef (this is found near tuna or spam)

Wrap the chicken in bacon and put in pan
Mix up all the other ingredients.
Tear up the dried beef into small pieces (this is what gives the meal the real flavor)
Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
Cook over rice.

It was AMAZING! I hope you like it...If you try it let me know how you like it!

P.S. My computer is crazed and won't stop restarting so bare with me about posts.
